Program Description

Extras

For athletes wanting to take their fitness to the next level or looking to compete in CrossFit style events, the extras program is perfect. It is designed to compliment the daily Tenacity Fit programmed workouts providing a little more volume to your training. The extras program builds on from the daily class workouts and can be done either before or after the main class.


Jacked

Jacked is a functional bodybuilding style workout that is programmed 5 sessions each week. Each session is designed to take 60min to get through and is perfect for anyone wanting to focus more on strength as well as building lean muscle mass.


Minimal Equipment

We understand things happen and making it to the gym everyday sometimes isn’t possible, but don’t worry we have you covered. As part of our membership we also provide workouts each day that can be done at home or in even in a hotel room (if travelling).

Remote programming available to do ay home or while traveling
