Program Description

The Tenacity Fit Program at Tenacity Fitness in Adelaide, SA is a comprehensive fitness regimen designed to ignite your inner strength and transform your body. With a blend of dynamic workouts, personalized coaching, and a motivating community, Tenacity Fit is your pathway to achieving your fitness goals and embracing a healthier lifestyle. The program includes 6 daily workouts Monday through to Saturday. These are the workouts that are fully coached and run in all classes. The program is designed to develop all components of fitness and develop well rounded athletes. The workouts are created to be both fun and engaging with enough variance to keep it interesting but also with the underlying goal of achieving consistent results and improvement over time. All of our classes typically run for the full 60min and are run by experienced coaches to guide you through everything from the explanation of the workout, to the the warm up and cool-down. The daily workouts can be scaled up or down to meet the specific needs of each athlete.


For those looking to take their fitness to the next level or looking to compete in CrossFit style events we also offer an extras program which is available to all members. The extras program builds on from the Tenacity Fit daily class workouts and includes additional parts that can be done either before or after the main class.
